As we have never encountered a client with a generic diversity issue, we provide customized training programs designed to solve your particular problems. The training can be delivered in many ways including in person, through web platforms, through team meetings or with the wide array of diversity products that promote diversity and inclusion.
If you have internal trainers, we can work with you to create custom programs that can be presented by
in-house trainers as well as diversity champions. We develop materials that are appropriate for the situation and the level of expertise for those presenting.
Micro-education is education presented in 2 minute increments or less - via an email or an app. We have partnered with Qstream to bring their micro-education platform to diversity and inclusion.
